Production started in 2007, and during the pandemic we made a significant contribution to housing supply in China. Technology & Quality

From raw steel to finished unit — controlled in-house, traceable at every step.

1. Steel structure workshop
Cold-rolled galvanised steel frames cut, welded and shot-blasted on automated lines. Welds are inspected and traceable to each unit.

2. Panel production
50 mm / 75 mm EPS, rockwool or PU sandwich panels produced on continuous laminating lines — consistent thickness, fire rating and thermal performance.

3. Assembly line
Frames and panels assembled in jigs to keep dimensions within ±2 mm. All electrical and plumbing pre-fitted before wall closure.

4. Final QC & loading
Every unit goes through water-tight, electrical and dimensional checks before flat-pack loading. Loading plans shared with you for fast on-site unpacking.
