Each model is engineered to repeat itself — the same drawing, the same load plan, the same installation steps — across thousands of units.
We design every expandable container house, modular prefab home and steel structure villa the same way a car is engineered: frame first, envelope second, fit-out last. The frame geometry is fixed, then size, layout and finish are configured per order.
Production is in-house: steel cutting, panel pressing, welding, paint, door and window assembly, internal fit-out, final QC and loading all happen on a single campus. No waiting on a third-party workshop.

The wings fold flat for shipping and unfold on site to give full living width — 18m² to 72m² from a 10FT to 40FT footprint.
Every model is dimensioned to fit a 20FT, 40FT or 40HC ISO container — no overhang, no out-of-gauge fees.
Welded Q235 / Q355 frames are hot-dip galvanised after fabrication for a 25-year anti-corrosion service life.
EPS, rock wool or PU sandwich panels with colour-steel or glass-facade options — U-values tuned to the local climate.
Wiring, distribution board, plumbing, water heaters and air-conditioning positions are routed and tested in the factory, then re-connected on site.
Engineered for coastal and cyclone-prone sites — with optional upgrade to higher wind rating on request.

Broken-bridge aluminium sliding doors and windows, grey as standard; sizes and positions per drawing.
1–2 integrated bathrooms, L-shaped kitchen with counter, sink and pre-laid pipework; add a water heater on request.
PVC / SPC flooring, ceiling boards, skirting and cornice lines; paint colour to your spec.
Solar mounting frames, inverter room, water tanks and pre-installed wiring for off-grid sites.
