The 20ft Grey Glass Curtain Wall Expandable Container House swaps most of the front elevation for a full-height glazed curtain wall, so the living room is bathed in daylight and opens straight onto the view. It is built with a flat roof instead of a pitched one: a level slab roof with a slight structural fall and hidden drainage, clean lines from the street and headroom that stays even across the whole width. Grey insulated panels frame the glass and keep the look industrial-modern. It travels as a standard 20ft container and unfolds on site into roughly 38 sqm of finished space with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom installed.
