This unique two-story house is crafted from two 38 m² expandable container modules, each floor opening to a 13 m² terrace for ample outdoor space. An elegant internal spiral staircase connects the two floors. Ground floor holds a living room, L-shaped kitchen with central island, dining area and bathroom; the second floor features a relaxation area, three bedrooms and a bathroom with separate dry and wet zones. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and glass curtain walls frame a modern rustic-luxury — “wabi-sabi” — interior. Exterior layout and appearance can be customized.
